start menu group apps keep creating empty space between groups

Anyone know how to solve issue where the start menu group apps keeps moving and creating empty space among other groups.


Every time I move all the group apps closer together, for some unknown reason
I will random get empty space when I open the start menu

e.g. red box is the empty space that randomly occurs ..
