Hi Denis,
I tried some programs.
EaseUS and MiniTool recovered the complete structure and all files. The problem none of the files can be opened.
Racuva found neither the files nor the main folder.

Both those utilities have extensive help articles.
Perhaps they include some guidance for your situation.
It's only a guess but perhaps Recuva cannot find anything because the first utilities recovered the files so there is nothing for Recuva to discover any longer.

I had some luck with recuvu after doing the deep scan. You might be able spot the files based on size and type.
Recuvu also gives you an estimate of the deleted files condition (poor or excellent for example)

Its because of how data storage works. The program is irrelevant.
When files are stored they are stored in clusters these clusters can be overwritten so if that area of the hard drive gets reclaimed then you won't get the file back through recovery.
File recovery is not 100% guaranteed.
if you did any defrag or wiped free space then the file will probably be gone.
