    Hi there members'
    I have just joined and have a question or should I say a request for help;
    A couple of moons ago my Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 received an up date and it totally destroyed my system so much that it will no-longer boot up or even allow me to do a fresh install of windows. It has totally lost everything as it can`t even find its HDD`s for reinstalling the OS.I have tried to use a disc repair software but these fail also, however today I was able to boot it up and the software gave me this thread; which I am hoping someone will be able to possibly tell how to fix it.

    Your HDD has failed and it needs to be replaced.
    We strongly suggest replacing with an SSD.
