You already made your purchase you do not have to read this, but my response after seeing your result.

can you tell me which process i should be doing?

Then i will be posting the results.

    Here is some screenshots of the terms i don't know;
Okay well I am looking at the Wattage stand alone of the GPU and CPU specifically ( you have to think like somebody paying electrical bills or an engineer dealing with current usage.

It looks like your CPU and GPU are a bit high. However that could be for a variety of reasons. In terms of high I mean over the
10W-20W in terms of idling ( which could be lower but I am not going into that detail ).

My next recourse would be to open task manager ( Ctrl + Alt + Delete ) or even to use a task manager from windows XP or even Old Task manager, or "Process Hacker 2" or "System Internals" and take a snapshot of anything that is running in the background. In another topic of % usage of CPU, I discovered I had a problem with the searchapp not closing and indexing
the hell out of my directories and no matter what I do this process will start. Now for me I have a wacom ( which eats CPU as well
but like a mouse ) with my one-handed use of my computer am able to stop the process via right click close, which I have to
do 3-4 times before it closes, however for me to drag over the search bar ( on the taskbar ) start this process up again and I have to close, so I decided to use "Shut Up Windows 10" to make the search bar dissapear and even turn off Cortana ( which is built into the search ). In your case I would also do the following.

    1. go Download "Shut Up Windows 10" and turn off as many things you understand ( which you will have to read about ).
    2. Check your task manager and click on the cpu section to see what is eating your CPU the most.

A screen shot of what your task manager and what processes are eating the most Juice, and actually using processing power,
    or even memory

    .....................

Imagine that game loading. Your GPU will automatically hit 50W + and could even go into 300W at will or even higher depending on your graphical settings and the setup itself. If that is true, then heat is produced along with processing power.

You hear the audio but the video blacks out. That means your GPU video portion has failed for some reason or is not running.
DRM encryption ??? or a setting that it should not be using.

I buy used GPU when I do my daily update ( like how I was forced to update to a 12X just to play a game ), or how I was
forced to use my GPU internal because the "later" drivers required is blocked external usage on my labtops, and the programs
Refuses to load because my drivers are not "up to date" ( which is stupid ).

Often times I make sure if the GPU I am purchasing have been given a good treatment ( with a testimonial I could believe ) as many sellers will force people to burn way more money for something that is about to break or fail. I see tons of GPU's begging to be purchase but the amount of failures of that same unit obviously leads me to believe they are selling it just because they know it has a high chance of breaking ( like literally having an item in a game that could give good stats but could break any time because of poor quality ). I know I could repair these things and make an honest buck on the side. Even going as far as soldiering parts on the products. Same reason when you look and realize the sellers products are kinda off and yet they have the most basic of generic description with no reassurance of the purchase being of any value.

With all drivers above 546.65 I have bsods on reboot. On the nvidia forum someone has the same problem as me bsod with driver above 546.65. Try the 546.65 driver if you still get bsod or shtutdiwn with the new gpu.

Wow. I am having no problems with the latest driver, or any before that. What card do you have?

The card I said in the nvidia driver thread. It doesn't matter, I have bsod above this driver and a similar person in the nvidia forum. This driver should be tried if there is a GPU bug. This will depend on the hardware and use of games etc. and it can be random. There is no point in coming and saying whether or not we have bsod and which card.
