    Cache Cleaning

    Good Day Everyone

I have a question and would like to hear the opinion of different people :

1.The subject of cache clearing e.g IE cache / Edge cache or outlook cache - Is it worth doing regular cleans or running the cache cleanup for IE every time Edge is closed ?

2.If you would do a deep clean of a system , which cache locations would you advise to clean ?

I have done my research and see mixed reviews , so i want to see if the sentiment stays ?

Every time a webpage has a problem, you are told to refresh the page, because it removes the cache and loads it fresh, it basically fixes all issues. Unless you have a slow or data limited internet, you do not really need cache.

I use CookieAutoDelete to remove caches nonstop, then all browsers are set to remove cache on exit.
On top of it I use Wise Disk Cleaner and manual cleanup at shutdown to make sure it is really clean.

I have the most common listed here, note that some services/processes have to be stopped first.

You can use Winapp2.ini for some extreme cleanup to the point of no return.
