    looking for books

any books that are very clear and explain things very very clearly

for future, to learn stuff like on this thread
    big problem repair windows

    shorter books are good also
but things that use very very clear words and not confusing words
and shows alot of details of what clicking on, or doing different things do
when it comes to repairs and install repairs and stuff

books to learn other basic level things good too, like registry stuff or other things

    wording in windows like
    "reset your pc"
    or "refresh your pc"
are very unclear and they aren't explained well or in detail

    or "install now"

do not understand wording like "push button reset", that link in this page is confusing and unclear

The forum's tutorials explain things very well indeed.

It's really worth making time to browse through the Tutorial index - there's a shortcut to it at the top of every page.
    - At the foot of the Tutorial index is a shortcut to download it as a spreadsheet.
    - I download a new copy each month.
    - By downloading it as a spreadsheet I can benefit from Excel's excellent filtering capabilities when I search for topics of interest.
    - Tutorials are also listed by category at Tutorials - there's also a shortcut to that at the top of every page.
    - Both tutorial lists are searchable.
    - You can also search for TenForumsTutorials in many general search engines, such as Google, by adding site:tenforums.com/tutorials after your search term. For example,
    taskbar toolbars site:tenforums.com/tutorials

You can search TenForums using the search box in the top-right corner of all TenForums webpages or using Advanced Search - TenForums
    - You can also search TenForums threads in many general search engines, such as Google, by adding site:tenforums.com after your search term. For example,
Search for drivers by HardwareID site:tenforums.com
    - [This is what the search box in the top-right corner of TenForums webpages does automatically]

And you can ask about any specific things you need to know more about.

    Best of luck,

I can't find those words in that tutorial.
The colour indicates that it's a hyperlink. If you click on it you'll be taken to an explanation of push button reset.
This forum's tutorials uses that grotty off-colour to indicate hyperlinks rather than the standard fresh-looking blue you'll find in threads like this & all over the internet.

You mean to archive the information from random people?

Well sometimes the same problem could be solved via different ways.

Yes it is thanks to the internet I am not wondering about how to solve problems with my Windows install. Looking back it is even possible to get Windows 9x to run XP programs ( games included in 3d ) . Even able to upgrade XP to the point of Windows Vista or even 7, and even upgrade 7 to Windows 10-11 standards.

I would find it better to DLC ( Download ) whatever it is you need, and make .bat files, or even collect items ( specific installs ).
Like trying to get Direct X end user 2010 offline is almost impossible, but wow I have it and it is not corrupt. Despite installing all
the VC++ I still need that. Whoops I need Physics but because I am using Windows 10 I have to use Physics Legacy and not the actual Vista version, Same with Microsoft Live setup which has different variants. Or even something that brothers me now. Like installing Japanese language ( or any Eastern Language ) into my Windows 98 machine. The files was online but now they are not and I am only left with the language files for the MS-works and not programs.

Reading I find that there are tons of edits to made to the Registry but since updates I might not need those edits. Whoops I can not use a KB update because some file is not new enough but luckly that file could pulled from another OS install that has the correct file.

It is little things like that, that makes up a bigger picture. Like on another thread I was going through Virus problems. Took me over two months to solve. While some $#$@#$ on the forum would not stop telling me to "Reinstall everything" ( as if that is the solution to anything ) when I know the problem is solvable.

It is like watching lame Videos online talking about hackers and invaders but it is only showing you a naive person who dares put there credit-card information or allows somebody to install Remote computer control program. With the duh obvious "You clicked "install" or "okay to run this app" or "allow pop-ups from this website". Childishness.

Childishness I just learn to navigate these websites without clicking or allowing specific things to run without my permission.
I do not need no Edge 2.0
