The "Built In Administrator" is a separate account from your normal Administrator user account.
How To Enable Hidden Administrator Account In Windows 10

Start a Command Prompt as Admin, and type the following Bold command and press Enter
    Net user administrator /active:yes
You should see the message, The Command completed successfully

As a test, Sign Out as you and Login as the now visible Administrator account. See if your seeing the same problem. If not, then there is an issue with your User Profile, not Windows.

...how...??..i repeat that i've no password set in my unique local admin account...

If you have Enabled the Hidden Administrator account, When you restart or Sign Out, you will be shown Two logins, your regular Admin User login and the previously Hidden Administrator account. Click that. That Administrator account will not have a password either so leave it blank.

In the hidden/true administrators account is the same problem occurring?

Just for the fun of things have you tried making a test account and logging into that account?

Have you tried installing Winstep Nexus and using the computer without the explorer? You can log into your account and have access to taskman / system internals / process hacker 2. Turn off the explorer.exe entirely and just use Winstep to access your computer functions. NOTE: Other functions like shutting down / sleeping or anything related to the exporer will have to be use commands using .bat ( which you could convert to .exe ) and shortcut links as they depend on the explorer.exe. You will also have to find other programs to use because anything tied to the explore will not function and if so will trigger it to turn on.

Your telling me the explorer eventually goes to that login screen.

    update:

searching the web i see that some other guys are experiencing this issue and now the focus is on the browser Edge....maybe the issue has something related to it...i do also see , on my 3rd party ccleaner sw that in the start up entries evrytime i find these 2 items:

    Task MicrosoftEdgeUpdateTaskMachineCore{2C6832FA-D882-4A6C-B642-58CB04855E1C} Microsoft Corporation C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe /c

    Task MicrosoftEdgeUpdateTaskMachineUA{CC899F96-8150-41BB-BBFA-AD81EBA2E3BF} Microsoft Corporation C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe /ua /installsource scheduler

everytime i killed them but everytime at a new session they reappear...so maybe the issue is due to them...??...and if yes how to solve..??

i also see that if i start ms edge browser and then i exit it

in my task manager are also still alive some ms egde process...

and the only way is to kill them manually in task manager...

hope this helps you to help me

thxs again for yr kind attn

    cheers
