Search shows a shortcut path which is not found if you go there

Sorry could not think how to word it properly--though I know it's important
To see if after un-installing a game there was anything left over I did a search. When I went to where the search path told me I cannot see any of the files it [points to. In the image below you will see (among others) that there is a shortcut which is supposed to be in the Username folder. Yet when I go there I do not see this shortcut. Why don't I see it? Where is it?

It's in your Recent items folder just like the others.
    C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent

It's just a pointer to a folder you've had open recently. I appreciate that the way it's displayed is confusing.
