My BIOS screen/tabs are in Chinese except for the numbers and technical words which are in English....I've been trying to figure out a way to convert for over 2 hrs but also am afraid to press the wrong key(s) for obvious reasons (note: the F 8 key is of no use). I'm not a tech so any suggestions shd be as ez as possible please !

Welcome to the forum without knowing the details of the system and motherboard we cant advise you
Are you loading the BIOS before the Operating System can load or is your computer one of those newer ones that allows a Windows app to have access to the BIOS?
I Don't know how your motherboard BIOS is set up, but my motherboard has a language selection drop down in the Main section of the BIOS. You may check and see if that is the case with yours.
Perhaps your computer maker's support site has something to say on the matter.
Perhaps your computer maker's user forum has something to say on the matter.
Perhaps your computer maker's support group has something to say on the matter if you raise a support request.

What is the make and model # of your motherboard? Have you gone to their web site and looked at their support or posted in their community forum?
For some reason i decided to change he battery and for yet another reason (go figure) that somehow managed to get rid of the Chines and restore English......so problem (mysteriously) solved !!!! But thank you for responding.
Replacing the battery will set the Bios to Defaults and it will restore it to the Default language of English.i decided to change he battery
