    Can't delete item in recycle bin.

    What is this? How to fix? Long green progress bar that never finishes in explorer.

    You should be able to use the method in the tutorial below to clear the corruption of the Recycle Bin.

    Should I do this anyway?

    I was wrong it did finally finish and I was able to empty the recycle bin. Believe me it took so long I didn't believe it was going to finish. Should I do the steps outlined in your attachment for good measure?
