    Usually if dragging a folder or shortcut to a folder into a new tab or opening a folder via [CTRL+O] when using your browser.

    Yeah, a forward slash (as depicted in the snap above) is used in networking/Internet.

    If you want to Nav to a location on your hard drive you can do so in the address bar of your browser and bookmark it...

    For example: file:///c:/Windows/

    I Map a folder on my NAS/Network drive but it requires the \ backslash in the path. The 'server' mentioned is the name of the NAS drive as specified in its setup.
