Temporarily change font type (Dialogue Box etc.) for OCR accuracy?

To improve Copy Text from Picture and to Reduce Screen Time, how to temporarily change font type (Dialogue Box etc.)? Windows 10 Enterprise.
I need help with improving OCR accuracy of Office 365 Apps like OneNote (Copy Text from Picture) and Excel (Get Data From Picture).

Font Type is suggested by many websites for OCR accuracy.

How to quickly switch Font type for say,
    (1) Windows System
    (2) Office 365 App Dialogue Box

    APPENDIX
My screenshot is still insufficient (for OneNote and Excel) even after switching from my preferred large monitor to Business Laptop (Native Resolution 1680 x 1050); more often than not, I have to resize Screenshot 200% to get text by Office 365 Apps

You might wish to try a different OCR tool. I use a couple e.g. Abbyy ScreenshotReader and it's usually fairly accurate even with skewed text.

There are free options e.g. Capture2text.

    Both are multilingual.

Thanks, this is not a problem for personal use. I seldom have to use anything else other than smartphone camera.
I would think camera capture is inferior to screenshot, but Windows 10 OCR engine faring worst is surprising. Would you know why?

Think about all the mobile apps dependent on OCR whilst out and about (QR codes, food aisle ingredient recognition, language translation of signs and menus, etc.) as opposed to the predominantly static use of Windows devices.

The reasons for much more investment in mobile OCR seems clearer... it's just needed far more and it HAS to be accurate.

Plus, there's the competitive element between iOS and Android usage. If one mobile OS was demonstrably more efficient for OCR on the move then it might cause a market shift... so there's that as well.
