This is the screenshot of what I have written above. I tried it on the PC and tried it on another laptop, same text appeared like the screenshot. Why?
Ifvssadmin delete shadows /for=c: /all
is not done, what info can be retrieved from the shadow copy?

Is there anything I need to delete in Event Viewer so I do not leave my info/data on the pc?
It just means there are no shadow copies to delete. Which means the shadow copy service is probably not running.
This software will show files in the shadow copies if there are any.

You can also mount system restore points. System Restore Explorer | Nic's Blog
Which means you should delete the system restore points back to when you used the computer.
Like I said, just using a portable App will splatter data all across the computer. It's better to disconnect the hard drive and boot a USB drive formatted with Ventoy and running Hiren's Boot CD (time limited) or some Linux live distro.
