    I would like a frame to appear over my selection, right-click button

    Hi. When I right-click, I would like a frame to appear over my selection (in Explorer). Currently at the end of the mouse the whole menu is in White, I find it difficult to see which object I am on exactly... THNK. P.S. I have vision problems; I don't like Windows accent color it's too difficult to configure.

    As far as I've seen there's no way to change that contrast by changing the selection colour, for example.

    The only other option is to use a high contrast theme

    You might be able to get slightly better contrast by playing with graphics settings.

    Just an observation. Screenshots are all from the same machine.

    Explorer shows a white background for selected context menu item. Other third party file managers show the old blue background. I'm not sure why or where to look.

    Explorer:

    Tablacus Explorer (only suitable for advanced users)

    File Voyager:

    Explorer++

    That's not a recommendation to use other software. I'd just be interested to know why the selected item background colour differs.

    Change your theme to one of the high contrast ones and you'll get what you want - a highlight for wherever your mouse is pointing.
