    Personolization doesn't sync

    Okay so here's the problem.

I had an old Windows 10 installation on my old ssd for a few years. Sync has always been on. Also used this new app called Windows Backup. When I did the old Win 10 installation everything was there, wallpaper, themes and other stuff.

Now I bought a new ssd and I was thinking of doing a fresh install of Win 10. I used the same key. I have sync enabled on that one as well. Everything went fine but wallpapers and themes doesn't seem to sync from the old installation. I deleted both the devices on my Windows account. Despite that the wallpaper and themes doesn't sync to the new installation and I have no idea why.

I've ran SFC and DISM command and it didn't find any errors. I also went back to local accounts on both Win 10 installations and back to Miscrosoft accounts again. No luck!

I wonder what the problem could be? It's seems so weird to me that the syncing suddenly doesn't work no matter what I do?

In the Search box, press win + R keys to bring up the Run box.
Type in ---mobsync ---and press Enter.
Go through all the selection options and the ---manage offline files ---may be the one needed.
Did you go ---dism then sfc---or vice versa ?

Translation: open a Command Prompt as Admin. Copy and Paste or Type the following Bold Command and press Enter
    DISM /Online /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RestoreHealth
When that completes type this Bold command and press Enter
    SFC /scannow
this will replace any missing system files.

Could it be that I use different windowskeys? They don't synchronize to each other?

If your computer is activated and shows it then this shouldn't cause a problem. Unless you are using a product key that is in use on another computer?
Go to your Microsoft Account / Devices and make sure both computers are showing. then Start a new syncing job. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...ross-computers

It's the same computer but with my old ssd with my old windows 10 installation and my new ssd with my new windows 10 installation. They have a different device name and only shows one at a time. The old win 10 installation is a Win 10 Pro N version and the new one is a normal Win 10 Pro installation but it shouldn't really matter since they're basically the same.

I can't see which keys they're using and it shoulnd't matter either. I used another key to see if the synching would work again but unfortunately it didn't work either.
