    Can't switch to Metro bootloader

I use EasyBCD to multiboot various Windows installs. Today I wanted to switch to the Metro bootloader and two different approaches did not work.

    1. check box in EasyBCD
    2. bcdedit command - bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy standard

What else can I do? Do I need to do a Windows Repair Install?

    1. open msconfig Start TAB
    2. select the default OS and click on Standard
    3. keep the msconfig window open!
    4. bcdedit /set {current} bootmenupolicy standard
    5. reboot

    If it still doesn't work
boot from USB and create a new BCD

Thanks. However, following you instructions carefully, but still no Metro bootloader.

    Boot what from USB?
A Windows Installer USB or a WNPE rescue disk you created.
