In the Search box, start typing in ---reliability ---and open ---Reliability History ---when presented.
There should be entries covering the failures and select the date of the first failure and then select and view the ---view tech details ---The first three lines starting with ---problem event name ---will give information as to the cause of the freeze.

I heard that buzzing with one of my Desktops a few years ago and turned out the video card fan had failed and when the card got hot the fins on its heat sink vibrated.

The Graphic card driver appears to be the problem, from code 1b8.
In the Search box, type in ---dxdiag --- and the Display page will give you the current driver in use.Note the version and Date, then visit the maker's site only and download that version,or a later one if available.
There is a tool available to uninstall the driver if you prefer,Display Driver Uninstaller [DDU].
When the uninstall is finished, install the new driver and see if that helps.
To reduce the number of failures appearing in Reliability History,in Powershell [admin ] type in ---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth ---and press Enter. When it has finished, type in ---sfc /scannow ---and run it until a clean report is given.
