0xc0000005 0xc0000003e slow startisback menu slow searching
The following will give me the same error no matter how many times I open them.
AdobePCBroker "Applications was unable to start correctly please close 0xc0000005 "
Everytime I start up any Adobe program that is dependent on this one program. It will be set off and the program will close afterwards. If you end AdobePCBroker the program will shortly close afterwards. Other programs will look okay but various menus will be disabled ( like start new project ) Attempting to update windows, bcedit, will cause this warning to appear even more rapid, and caused the related program not to run correctly or even worst. AdobePCBroker needs to be running even if it is not in use. Certain CC programs. However later Adobe uses Genuine instead. This is not just one Adobe product but any that talks to AdobePCBroker.
Sheepshaver "Applications was unable to start correctly please close 0xc0000005 "
No matter if I run it or not. I have not tried to delete anything related to Sheepshaver. This
was never installed and is portable. Reading about this error via SheepShaver is that
the error is related to "sharing bit data ( space ) with another instance/program/executable ??"
Vmware.exe and Vmware-Tray.exe gives "Applications was unable to start correctly please close.. 0xc0000003e"
Vmware will not run. Only by uninstalling Vmware. Then shutting down and booting with Windows CE,
and deleting any sign of Vmware from Appdata..... and then reinstalling Vmware once logged back in,
it will be functional as normal and the Machines are functional. However once you shutdown and boot
up again the same problem will start no matter what.
Other System Emulators will still run like Memu ( android emulator 4 or 9 ) Adb ( using scrcpy for Android )
Even Hyper-V is functioning ( at least tested with Viboot ).
Startisback is functional but has slow/sluggish response time. I am unable to use the mouse but the keyboard function is
quick. The moment I hover my mouse over the Startisback startmenu it becomes unresponsive until I move it away and
close the menu. Reopening the menu fixes this until I do a mouse hover.
Searching ( not in the Windows 10 official taskbar startmenu ) via the official folder search is slow startup. If I click it too many times then I will cause it to not-respond but if I wait ( which is like a good second ) it will function. The search will available until I do another task, and going to search will give the same results. It is slow to start but it works. Looks like it might be taking a while to do a search when it is performed, but I do not mind that.
Also sometimes C++ runtime files will have an error but that is random or never. However this problem is gone for now.

What problem I had before this problem I am having now which I probably created???
So I overwrote my WIndows 7 installation the other day. I was moving a set of files while formatting a drive and
I format the wrong drive ---- stupid me----- I even named the new format the other drive. The error was me reading
the drive size ( as I do not usually name my drives ).
So I struggled to find a recovery tool that actually works. Out of every recovery tool I installed "GetDataBack Pro"
which was actually able to recover big files from my NTFS install, with barely any errors. However the damage of the
OS was done already.
So I had to reinstall my Windows 7 despite recovery efforts.
.......
When I performed the search with GetDataBack Pro I did not have any extra space. So I moved everything I felt was not
so valuable to across five other drives and USB from the Windows 10 install I having problems with now
\Portable ( a location for installation programs that I do not install, I removed
all of those portable programs ) , programs like Sheepshaver
Most of the stuff on \Desktop ( ditto.... )
\junk ( another random folder on my C:\ )
\TEMP I also removed other files from this folder.
\TEMP\TEMP_VM ( A bunch of Virtual machines, big VMem files also included ) This is a TEMP I made for all installations rather then going into the Document folders, because I had bad experiences with the primary folder, including appdata, and any other extra install place.
Some stuff refused to move, so I powered down and used Windows PE to move the remainders. Yes tons of system files like
Desktop.ini, along with other specific files. But these was all expendable folders in my opinion that should be safe to move.
After everything was done, I did move everything back to their folders and went to check if anything was not working, which is why I am here now with this question
.................................................................................................... .................................................................................................... ..........................
I tried Bcdedit commands
I tried sfc commands
I tried installing a new install with settings and system files ( because changing this would defeat my install in general ).
I am not going 11 as far as I will tell you.
I tried some bat I found on the internet which essentially downloaded the same version of windows and did a clean install.
( which apparently I could have done with a command that would point to the context of the disc/formatted usb ).
All failed waste of time. I ether "Go back to earlier windows install" or "System Restore"..
I am now thinking before I did that big move if I had created a restore-point, before hand I would not have this problem.
In fact this would have solved my problem entirely, but before I did anything I mentioned before the recovery I ran
ccleaner which probably removed any restore point I had via the settings. The only reason that System Restore work was because a Restore point was made before I uninstalled Vmware ( if you was reading ).
This is the fourth week from December I am dealing with this issue.

It is possible that I got a virus from my windows 7 install I attempted to recover, and whatever could have started up.
These were main Windows files I placed on my desktop of my windows 10 machine. The Windows 7 machine is on all the time, but there is a chance a trojan was on Windows 7 but could not act because it was looking for a Windows 10 machine.
Once on a windows 10 machine and the moment I booted it on, and the file was read. that was the beginning of the end.
Another possibility is that Windows read a Windows 7 file or I moved an essential file from the Desktop or even one of the other folders. Maybe a time-stamp or something.

Right now I am slowly rebuilding from scratch via a marcium backup. A backup with many errors on it from 1903 and things I have to turn off that is not helping.
Everything else runs fine and dandy..................I do not get it at all.
What really bothers me is all the stuff I have to reinstall via command-line.

Right now I am looking for a way to add the applications to bypass the software protection. My understanding Windows does this by automatically. I assume Windows is halting these programs for a reason. Not because of Virus or corruption. The Software protection prevents any instance from loading if it detects a problem performing the. Sometimes it is a false problem.
Again doing some reading ( searching for solution ) for the Sheepshaver if not mentioned, says it might be sharing a bit of space in memory occupied by something else. The reason why Sheepshaver.
Another thing to note when attempting to read the drive from Linux it gives the error the drive could only be read-only.
I remember I booted back into the 10 OS at some point and hooked up another 10 install drive to it. The other drive gave me the same error after I emptied the recycling bin in the affect 10 OS, and now both drives will not browse unless it is in read-only mode.
I am looking for a method involving the Registry or via turning off a switch, I can not remove settings, I can not forget about the install. This OS has been working fine from before, and
