Why my i phone certain apps especially text messages from certain people there are no sounds everything is turned on correctly
in the settings

This is a Windows support forum dude, not iPhone. I'm guessing you have wrong settings under notifications.

Make sure the mute switch on the left side of the iPhone is in the non-red mode:
See if it's like this:
If it is, then switch it to "Ring":
