I get the feeling your Windows is messed up, with corruption to the Servicing Stack (SSU). W10 2004 is EOL, so there haven't been any updates since 2021. You can choose to leave it alone (broken for updates, but no updates required).

While some might suggest doing a Repair Reinstall, it's still 2004 which is out of date. If you have enough disk space, consider downloading the W10 22H2 ISO and doing an in-place upgrade. The in-place upgrade moves your current Windows to Windows.old, and creates a whole new one in its place. Since it's self-contained, there's no worry about missing/corrupted system files.

A repair reinstall allows you to stay on 2004, an in-place upgrade moves you to 22H2. So consider if that matters to you.

Brink has a few tutorials on the topic.

Hello Garlin, I've decided this task is too difficult to handle with my current knowledge, and since I don't have much important information stored on this PC I would factory reset it and just redownload most of my apps through sign in and what not. However I even run into these same problems when trying to reset it. I tried doing the safe reset in which I keep some files and it said an error occured and could not reset, then the same thing happened when I tried a factory reset. Sorry for being such a bother I just genuinely don't know where to turn anymore as I can't really find this problem happening too often on the internet prior to me.

I would backup your personal files to a USB drive, and do a clean W10 install if that's possible. Before doing that, find the drivers for your PC and download them to the same USB drive. After the re-install, then you'll have the right drivers to use if Windows doesn't immediate get you back on the network.
