    Unfortunately your query is unclear to me.

    I dont know what 'Explore stories' is or are, and I don't understand the reference to
    More and Personalize at bottom of screen.
    so.. How do you do that? I can't tell you... unless perhaps you provide a screenshot - thus:

    I suppose you might be referring to taskbar icons. Are you?

I can't edit anything in "Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen". It says "Some settings are managed by your organization". I assume this was set by Windows in Local Group Policy Editor automatically because I have not even messed with L.G.P.E...
