    Caps Lock Screen Indicator


    Windows 10, Version 22H2

    I am no longer seeing the on-screen pop-up notification on the Windows desktop when I press the Caps Lock key. I can get the audible indications by turning on Toggle Keys, and when I press the Caps Lock key, All-Caps does turn on or off properly, but the desktop indicator does not appear anymore.

    It helps to know the mfg and model of the computer in question, not just "PC/Desktop".

    The visual notification may be provided by the manufacturer.. so please consult your manufacturer's help or site, or use a search engine appropriately.

    Onscreen caps lock indicator may be also part of the keyboard software. My Logitech keyboard has this feature as part of the Setpoint software. It’s something to check.

    I use a 3rd party app called: Keyboard LEDs
    Keyboard LEDs

    I set up the app to when I press Caps Lock, to show this on the screen, in the bottom right corner:
