    Windows Search

    When I open File Explorer>(folder I want to search in), how do I search for the & symbol?
    When I do, every folder & file in the selected folder shows up.

    Search for expression:
    *&*

    Unfortunately, that didn't work for me; but thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
    Using filename:~"*&*" did work for me.

    The strange thing is that, usually when I do a search, the searched term gets highlighted in the results. But using filename:~"*&*" doesn't highlight anything in its results.

    @CJW and @garlin

    *&* works if the location is indexed. If it is not indexed, then you have to use filename:*&*
