How to open file in OneDrive with command line? MS Paint

I need help to open JPG in OneDrive from MS Paint command line.
Someone said it could be problematic due to "OneDrive directory may involve a internet-based sync status change".
However, I do not need MS Paint when my computer cannot go online.

This JPG file is to be opened with MS Paint from command line.

MS Paint Command line to open JPG in Desktop is as follows
    Code:
    %windir%\system32\mspaint.exe C:\User\*\Desktop\default.jpg

This is very old but have you tried looking here: (if they even still exist)

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\SyncRootManager\SkyDrive\UserS yncRoots\S-1-5-21-2696997101-1021499815-432504798-1004

    HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2696997101-1021499815-432504798-1004\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SkyDrive\UserFolder

AND whatever path you use will need to be within quotes: IE

    "%OneDrive%"

Quick search found this:again this is old info that may have changed between now and then
