Will Scheduled Wake, Screen Lock immediately, Sleep after x minutes work around slow Outlook.com Rule execution speed?
I need help if following concept:
(1) works?
(2) does not incur additional security risk?

My computer is always in office. Automation without coding as follows:
(A) Scheduled Task to wake up at least possible time of anyone in the office.
(B) Windows Screen Locks after login
(C) A Outlook.com Rule runs
(D) Computer Sleeps after 10 minutes which is sufficient for Outlook Rule

Is there a better workaround to run a Rule in Outlook.com every Sunday midnight before I login on Monday?
I had been automating with a Outlook Rule to focus my InBox on important emails when I login; when any non-essential email arrive from any external sender who is not in the Global Address List (GAL) to a specific folder that’s in my Exchange mailbox, it was already moved to a Web folder by Outlook Rule.

Unfortunately, my IT advised this Rule needs to be moved to Outlook.com to avoid false triggering malicious alert from Microsoft. IT confirmed my Web Rule (with Computer never outside Office) should not trigger malicious alert but somehow it did.

My issue with Outllook.com Rule is its slow execution speed in my case.

How to see important emails within 1 minute of login which my computer is incapable of when using Outlook.com Rule to move other emails away from InBox?

BACKGROUND of my IT advise

Inbox rules are widely used for the purposes that you have described, but are also used to facilitate attacks from malicious actors when there is an account takeover, which is why Microsoft has several alerts for these cases. But of course these alerts should not trigger on the non-malicious use of such rules.

my computer is always in the office using my company networks.
