How to verify extract of a PDF? Consecutive page ranges

I need help to ensure the contents of child PDF matches its parent PDF of which pages (consecutive) are extracted..

With Adobe or Microsoft Office 365, how to verify target extracted from pages say 3 to 29 of source?

To illustrate my operation on said PDF

1. copy source (40 pages) file
   paste file
   rename file as target
   select pages 30 to 40
   delete
   select pages 1 to 2
   delete
   target should match source Page 3 to 29
   save

If possible, this will save my visual compare of two PDFs which needs time and prone to human error.

Thanks, verification is requirement of some business; example is to document differences to ensure authorities that the changes are as intended; otherwise authorities may require much more work from a company; example is Fire Alarm Monitoring System software change.

Example is I accidentally discovered unreliability of Adobe PDF Maker which is already latest. I am now starting to minimize Windows 10 Enterprise loading before I run Adobe PDF Maker for PowerPoint.
This creates hestitation in my mind to just extract and rely on brief visual as QC.
