    Black screen of Doom!

    Hello everyone,

First of, i was unsure where to post my problem, so if this is the wrong place, please let me know and / or move the thing to where it belongs. sorry :)

    so here is the thing:
recently i started having issue with a random black screen. It usualy only happened when i was playing diablo 4 but its always the same pattern.

in the middle of action, all screens (2 screens) turn black, computer shuts down and reboots, and the screens remain black and wont give me any dispaly until i force reboot the pc.

I hope i can find a solution here and fix the same thing cause its damn annoying :)

Merry xmas to ya all & thank you in advance

    best regards!

Did you install the Video driver after the Fresh Install? If not, it is overdue.

Could you confirm that it does happen in non-gaming activities ? The statement ---It usually only happened ---is imprecise.
Please check Reliability History for entries which may help in locating the cause.
What is the rating of the Power Supply Unit [PSU ]?

if you black screen on a game and it does not present this behavior outside of game then the issues is the GPU driver probably crashing.
If you have done any overclocking then this can cause this same outcome when gaming,
if you are getting crash logs for the actual game then read them it may give some insight or forward those crashes to the game company.

Seeing as you said its a new computer then make sure you have all the drivers installed, look in device manager and make sure there is no triangles.

does a gpu driver crash cause a black screen reboot of the computer?
    no overclocking
i cant read anything, since the computer reboots with black screen .. which wont go away until i force reboot it

all drives and stuff up to date

Black screen is worst case scenario for the computer, it does not always mean bad situation what i mean is that the computer thinks due to fatal error that it needs to power off right away to stop itself from blowing up. That is all that a black screen is.

Hard to say with limited information.

How do you know it restarts the computer? GPU black screen would just stop outputting to the display and the user would need to restart it or the computer.

cause everything turns off for a second, rbg and stuff, thats why i think its a reboot

even turning the screens on and off doesnt change anything .. it also doesnt happen all the time .. it just happens .. random
