ditch the second screen for now and just test on a single monitor. Try the game see what happens, if its only isolated to this game then it could be the game that has issues and you should report any crash logs to the game company.

Being the game got me thinking, so i looked around a bit and found this: Constant black screen and crash on Diablo IV with ... - AMD Community

what do you think of that?

Dunno if any of this has been mentioned earlier:

    Do me a favor.
    Have your SmartPhone nearby.
Play your game as usual, and we are expecting the computer to do the same thing again, right? So don't too much effort into playing; we just want to reproduce the problem real quick. Once the screens turn black, look at the exact time on your SmartPhone, and write that time down real quick.

Now start up the computer. Search for, and open, Event Viewer.

Go here, and take a screenshot of Event Viewer at the time the computer crashed. Also, make sure listings before and after the time are included, kinda like in my screenshot:

I see. I thought it happened frequently, I apologize for misunderstanding.
Just keep my post in mind. Once it happens, please respond back with that screenshot, and hopefully your computer is logging down why it is doing that. If it's logged in Event Viewer, then there's a high chance that we can fix the issue. =)

Depends on what is happening you might not get any events happen other than "The computer shut down unexpectedly"

Black screen to power off or restart is critical it might not always log reasons why because the black screen is about saving the computer, in those cases it just shuts right off. Generating logs and events is time inductive when realistically the PC just wants to turn off to save itself.

it also seems to be a common issue diablo 4 black screen at DuckDuckGo

the whole first page is saying black screen crash Diablo 4 so its not isolated. I would read some of these and see what people are saying, i don't play the game so idk and i don't have energy to problem solve on this level.

it seems like its a common issue those search results are in tune and not incoherent. There is even several yotuube videos on it so its a known problem.
