I'm Having this Problem with My Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Enterprise 22h2

Here is my problem and I can't figure out what to do with this
    Code:
Text Services Framework is not running Issue not present
. I can't use my keyboard delete button since this in quotes really annoys me. I've Googled up this problem but it still doesn't fix it. I'm new to this group and due to my age @ 74 with terrible health issues please respond with less technical and more for a lay person. I've been using computers since 1988 but with failing health and suffering from dementia makes my life even harder to comprehend what I was capable of doing many years ago. Sorry for rambling but if this issue has been brought many times in the past forgive me. I'm hoping for getting help with this silly Text Services Framework not running so please I need a real solution on how to fix this. Thank you for reading.

Go to Search and type CMD, Right click the CMD results and Run As Administrator.
In the Elevated Command Prompt type
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter. When that completes type
    SFC /scannow and press Enter.
This will replace any missing System Files or Services.

Always reboot your computer after installing any updates or scanning for missing files. Rebooting is always the First thing you should do.
This troubleshooter says there are No Issues Present. Meaning there is no problem
If you can't use your Del key,
    Have you tried another keyboard?

Yes I have and with the same results. No delete working. I was well aware about rebooting but I thought in doing so I would loose my forum which I need to get in touch with either the Adm or a mod since this board is not working well for me. I used to be a member not a lot of posts but it was under Win 7 and I still see those when I log in. I must logging into Win 7 before I down at the bottom see win 10 forum. Thank you again spunk for your valuable information.

As stated, there are few options you can try, first try booting into Safe Mode Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10
The other is to Enable the Hidden Administrator account. for troubleshooting purposes. Enable or Disable Elevated Administrator account in Windows 10 (option 1) Sign Out as you, and Login to the previously hidden Administrator account. And see if the keyboard works correctly.

If that doesn't work, then you can do a Repair Install (Keeping Files) Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Thank you for that link and yes the delete key turned green. But my thinking is its out of Windows 10 shell or whatever one wants to call it but it works on that link but not in Windows environment.

Well I don't think spunk that I would want to fool around with as you stated

@duster340 at least you now KNOW it's not a hardware (keyboard) issue.

Spunk the problem with that is it sounds like everything would be in-place including what I'm facing now a screwed up Windows? One thing I hate about Microsoft is doing a reset which I've done quite sometime ago and it wiped out everything so it was like a fresh install. They lie when they state your personal files are not touch. Mine where totally gone and yes I clicked on save all personal files! I was a nightmare for me and I'm not looking forward to having to go to such extreme measures but damn if I don'[t and damn if I do!
