Screenshot not working by using the Print Screen button

I have been using a desktop Windows 10 computer, with a Logitech K120 keyboard with a chord. But as the letters have worn off I changed it to a cordless Acer, but since then I haven't been able to use the Print Screen button to bring up the tools for the Snipping Tool & to do a screenshot using the Window key & Print Screen button. The Print Screen doesn't seem to work at all. I can use the shortcut for the Snipping Tool ie Windows + Shift + S, but I still can't take a screenshot. Would it have something to do with the fact the Print Screen button also has Insert on it as well (above)? Do I need to disable the top row of functions somehow to use the Print Screen?

Many PrntScrn keys are dual function keys yet they can be used for screenshotting alright.
    Take screenshot - TenForumsTutorials
Do the other dual function keys on your keyboard work?
Is the dual function on your new keyboard the same as it was on your old keyboard?
Does your Bios or your computer maker's utilities include a method of toggling dual function keys?
Does your Windows Mobility Center [mblctr.exe] let you toggle dual function keys?

    All the best,
    Denis

    Welcome to TenForums.

It's really worth making time to browse through the Tutorial index - there's a shortcut to it at the top of every page.
    - At the foot of the Tutorial index is a shortcut to download it as a spreadsheet.
    - I download a new copy each month.
    - By downloading it as a spreadsheet I can benefit from Excel's excellent filtering capabilities when I search for topics of interest.
    - Tutorials are also listed by category at Tutorials - there's also a shortcut to that at the top of every page.
    - Both tutorial lists are searchable.
    - You can also search for TenForumsTutorials in many general search engines, such as Google, by adding site:tenforums.com/tutorials after your search term. For example,
    taskbar toolbars site:tenforums.com/tutorials

You can search TenForums using the search box in the top-right corner of all TenForums webpages or using Advanced Search - TenForums
    - You can also search TenForums threads in many general search engines, such as Google, by adding site:tenforums.com after your search term. For example,
Search for drivers by HardwareID site:tenforums.com
    - [This is what the search box in the top-right corner of TenForums webpages does automatically]

I don't know what your keyboard looks like, but I looked at pictures of Acer keyboards.
    I found this:

If your keyboard is really similar to this, then you would have to press and hold the blue "Fn" button at the bottom left, and press the "PrtSc" button at the same time: Fn+PrtSc to save the screenshot to your clipboard, and paste it in Paint or whatever.

If you want to use "Window key & Print Screen", I think you also have to press the "Fn" button too.
So you would press all three: "Fn"+"Window key"+"PrtSc"

    I think.
