    Windows login screen problem

Usually in the past when everything is working fine when I am at the Windows lock screen that shows the date and time (screenshot A https://i.imgur.com/Cbwpewx.png ) I can click and release my mouse once or click and drag my mouse upwards then password box will appear, but now password box did not appear and I can only see this (screenshot B https://i.imgur.com/zOLQBZh.png ), at screenshot B if I press ctrl+alt+del I will then see the password box (screenshot C https://i.imgur.com/JyB6NLg.png ) and input password to login normally.

Q1. Why at screenshot A no password box appears when I click and release my mouse once or click and drag my mouse upwards? (I have restart and retried many times, still same problem)

Q2. At screenshot A or screenshot B, what keys/mouse actions can I do to let password box appear?

    Thanks

Update: problem solved by updating windows.
Second update: problem occur again, I think is due to too many opened tabs so maybe memory too low then the problem happened again. I guess updating windows did not solve the problem, it was because the PC was restarted so the problem did not occur when the PC was just started as no many programs was using memory when it PC was just started.

Press the Windows and "R" keys simultaneously, type or paste "netplwiz" into the "Open" box and click "OK". When the sign-in window opens, click on the "Advanced" tab, uncheck the line at the bottom marked "Require users to press Crtl+Alt+Delete" and click "OK".
