Okies, now that Uefi is enabled, can you scroll down the menu and see whether Secure Boot is enable or not?

Sometimes, the only way to disable Secure Boot, is to enable UEFI, then manually turn it off. This might not be the case. But a good practise, so you can get your head around these stupid Bios's

If it was Uefi before, maybe refresh of Secure Boot variables may help.

The bios can delete all the variables, then reload fresh from the bios's default files, and start again.

Aslong as your comfortable with that. Its no harm if nothing is working to begin with.

secure boot was never enabled, its not even showing, the only way it shows is if i disable CSM support, both ways UEFI or legacy secure boot is not showing up, its disabled

either way, i dont see the the no harddrives under "boot option priorities" im guessing bc i converted mbr to gpt, and theres not gpt bootable system files, thats why its not going to show up

i want to fix this issue and have it the hard drives so up and load windows, and then install linux on DISK 0, but in order to do that i need to create uefi bootable system files somehow, or maybe some how convert it back to MBR(Legacy)

so what was the point of this whole conversation? i already knew nothing that we did is going to work, i figured maybe you would want some more in depth information and help me figure out how to go about create gpt bootable files, as i dont want to screw anything up because i have no experience in ever doing this.

    This is a tricky one.

Can you connect up your machine exactly the same as it was before the conversion?

Everything in the same ports, as before?

Its ok converting a file structure from mbr to gpt, but unless its been installed from scratch and like that, i cant think of any other way it will work. I so wish i could help bud, i really do.

So, at the end of the day, if youre gonna screw up your own file system, there isnt always a get me out of the s**t fix.

Sometimes you gotta start from scratch, ,ennit
