Do the other windows have a different name? You can try /MoveWindow 2 Title "some unique window title"

I have sent a note to Nirsoft......

I am running Windows 10 on 2 displays.
Display 1 is a larger monitor and runs at higher resolution.
Display 2 is a smaller monitor and runs at lower resolution.

I wish to run 2 support programs on Display 2 only and the rest of the programs on Display 1.
One of the support programs opens 3 sub-programs, but it will do this automatically.

    Will your software do this?

Hopefully they will have a positive answer.

I did write to the software manufacturer and ask them my questions.

If each of the other processes has a an unique window title, you should be able to pick them by name. Unless they all share the same title.

That's a lulu of a question to put to a free software provider like NirSoft. "I wish to run 2 support programs on Display 2 only and the rest of the programs on Display 1." - I think their webpage provides the answer, Yes.
"One of the support programs opens 3 sub-programs, but it will do this automatically." - I think you will only find out by trying it.

And why not just try it? It's free.

    Best of luck,
    Denis

"I wish to run 2 support programs on Display 2 only and the rest of the programs on Display 1."

I do this using displayfusion. When using two monitors, the DF default setting is to allow win10 to control the taskbar on monitor 1 while DF controls the taskbar on monitor 2. Within DF you can can add a few taskbar shortcuts to the DF taskbar and select "force open on this monitor". I have several such shortcuts set up this way in the image to always open on monitor 2, everything else opens on monitor 1.

Well I got it installed (I think) but with all new programs (for me) there is a learning curve.
It looks like it wants to work. All I have to do is get it going.

Basically for all Nirsoft tools, the web page will have clear usage examples. If you have two monitors, one is marked Primary by Windows. Or you use the monitor number 1, 2, 3...

Either each target program has an unique process name, or each app window has an window title to distinguish them. It's normally one of the two methods. The worst thing that can happen is you send it to the wrong display.
