Windows 7 upgraded to 10 now stopped booting

    Another issue has reared it's head.

    Windows 7 upgraded to 10 now stopped booting-2023-09-03-windows-security-centre-service.png

    Clicking the popup fails to start the service.

    I've tried enabling it in services under a normal boot and safe mode but no joy, everything is greyed out.

    I ran the reg files from here: Enable or Disable Windows Security in Windows 10

    And now get this message:

    Yes that's the reg file I ran. (Just the enable for all users)

    Something updated in windows and the pop-up has not appeared since.

    Can anyone tell me how to move the quick access toolbar as show below?

    And how do I get rid of the logon pin? I've found the following thread but looking in the registry I don't have Turn on convenience PIN sign-in & I've tried the .reg file but no joy.

    As far as your Pin, is there any help here? Remove PIN from your Account in Windows 10
