Strange. A bunch of Folders are in Compressed (Zipped) Format - why?

    Strange. A bunch of Folders are in Compressed (Zipped) Format - why?


    Hi friends -

    I noticed that a group of ordinary data folders on each of my external drives, show as Compressed (Zipped) Folders.
    There is no box in properties to uncheck. 40 Folders on each drive are simply zipped and grouped. The rest are fine.

    Was there a bad WU?

    Something was going on...

    I just set the default file app attributes to WinRar instead of .ZIP and all is well now.
