Start menu dark tiles

This affect occurs randomly. Always with these apps.

Unpinning and repinning the following two brings back normal display



Not now, but usually happen in tandem with the Phone Link app



Tho not sure with this, MIcrosoft News. The next time it happens, I'll see if unpinning has the same efect





May not seem like a big deal, but if something's broke, I like it fixed. Who knows what else it affects.

Start Menu tiles darkening

I don't really use the default Windows 10 Start Menu; I use an alternate Start Menu. But I just checked the default Start Menu, and I noticed my News tile was also dim. I resized it to a different size, then back to the size it is, and became more brighter. Restarted computer, still not dim.
