    Battery Percentage

My laptop Win 10 22H2 used to show "percentage available" when hoovering over the battery icon on the taskbar. After one of the updates it changed to "min to full charge". Is there a way to change it back?

I have two HP laptops. Both running Win 10 22H2 with latest updates. One shows "percentage charge" and the other "minuites to full charge" when hovering over the taskbar battery icon with laptops plugged in. Seems like they should show the same. I checked out the suggestions, but no luck.

Okay let's try something else. If similar to this:

    Then check out:

The registry entries at "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power" are identical on both laptops.

In both Registry locations, does it look like this (the part in the orange box):

Yes. I even changed the "EnergyEstimationEnabled" value to zero to see if it would change anything. It didn't, so i changed it back.
    I did reboot.
