I have signed up for Windows Insider Program, so I may have the Beta version. There is very little difference between these two versions. Here is what has changed from 21H2 to 22H2. Your Version.Build number 19045.2965 indicates that you have done the main Windows update issued in May 2023.
The main July update would take you to 19045.3208. The main July update is KB5028166 - see KB5028166 CU - TenForums
There are also minor updates each month as well as Windows security [Defender] updates a couple of times every day.
You should investigate this failure to update.
Only on Monday you reported your Version.Build as

There will continue to be monthly Cumulative updates & other updates until October 2025. The Version will remain 22H2 [19045].
