Gmail and Yahoo are your email service providers not your applications.

Check to see if you installed Spanish as a secondary language, if you don't use Spanish, then you can remove it Remove a Language in Windows 10

As stated, your Windows version isn't terribly old, but you are behind. The current version of Windows 10 is 22H2 19045.3208. You can check your version by going to Search and type Winver and press Enter.
You can manually upgrade your Windows OS from this page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10 Upgrading can repair a lot of problems.
I checked with run/ WINVER, and it said my Win10 is version 22H2(OS 19045.2965), not 22H2(OS 19045.3208). I did the Windows update, did I get the cheap seats version? A lot of things changed, my font and other stuff.

I have signed up for Windows Insider Program, so I may have the Beta version. There is very little difference between these two versions. Here is what has changed from 21H2 to 22H2. After this, there will be no more updates to Windows 10, according to Microsoft. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/wi...0-version-22h2

Your Version.Build number 19045.2965 indicates that you have done the main Windows update issued in May 2023.
The main July update would take you to 19045.3208. The main July update is KB5028166 - see KB5028166 CU - TenForums
There are also minor updates each month as well as Windows security [Defender] updates a couple of times every day.
You should investigate this failure to update.
Only on Monday you reported your Version.Build as
    sandemon said:
    Build 19044
yet you now report it as
    sandemon said:
    version 22H2(OS 19045.2965)
So some updating is taking place. I assume that was done manually using the link spunk gave you.

There will continue to be monthly Cumulative updates & other updates until October 2025. The Version will remain 22H2 [19045].

    Best of luck,
    Denis
