Can I fix Settings/System on my "main" W 10 partition by copying ....

I have not been able to repair Settings so that the System "tab" works. For about the last two weeks, it crashes and I'm back to the main Settings window. However....

... I multiboot Win 10 and I have a 'scratch' partition install where the Settings/Systems "tab" works as expected. Is there any way that I can copy files or reg entries from the scratch partition to the main partition to fix the Systems "tab."

Win 10 Pro 64 2H22 on both partitions.

    Hi, have you tried:
    - using a System Restore point - if you have one created before this started?
    - an in-place upgrade repair install?
    - looking at these options?
How to Reset Settings App in Windows 10
    - restoring a 3rd party disk image of 'C:' created before this started?
(You do use disk imaging, I hope- endlessly recommended here).

You haven't said what you've tried, so I may be wasting my time suggesting things.

    +1 for an in-place repair.
