    Snapping/window behavior

Hi i would like to get some help with this, i just can't seem to google this issue in such a way that it produces a useful answer.
There is a certain behavior in the titlebar of a window when it's snapped to one side of the screen that's absolutely destroying my productivity.

When a window is fullscreen, when putting the cursor in the upper most position of the titlebar, the cursor behavior is basically unchanged and lets to drag the window:

When a window is snapped to one side of the screen, putting the cursor in ther upper most position of the titlebar changes it to vertically resize the window:

This is incredibly frustrating and inconsistent behavior, i just want to quickly drag windows around without having to put the cursor in the exact right spot. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this?
