No. What you see with a dir command is completely dependent on what Unicode characters are in the filename. In my example, I added a Unicode character that happens to display in the command line like golf club, but you could have something indistinguishable from ASCII characters. However, as long as you select the text and press Enter to Copy, instead of trying to type it, you should be able to then Paste that text for use with a ren or del or rd command.
