Continuous scrolling in system menus - not documents etc though

    Yes, I agree. Maybe the logitech driver did some kind of update. Worth a try. It's weird that only system items are affected. This is far outside my skill set. What could be sending a <scroll up> command to OS element menus but not to a WORD page or web page?

    It must be generic drivers since you didn't update all of your drivers.
    I think your system is having issues with communication with hardware.

    That makes at least as much sense as anything else. Certainly seems the most likely thing. I wonder if drivers installed by Windows have corrupted something. Maybe drivers talk to the OS interface differently to how they control navigation in pages of text. At a different level possibly.

    No. None.And I've deleted and let Windows reinstall the mice drivers too.

    Currently letting "logi options" reinstall. Supposedly it updated on the 15th.

    You have installed chipset drivers from your mobo site, have rebooted system afterwards and it still doesn't work?
    You have also installed Logitech software or drivers?
