How do I transfer data from HDD to a SDD or M.2

The way I have my system setup is I have a SSD for my OS and I have 3 HDD's that I use for data storage. I wanted a redundant data storage so I save all data to one of the HHD's and with copy/sync software I copy everything from the main storage HDD to 2 other HDD so I always have 3 copies of all my data, nothing is saved to my C drive,

I'm building a new system and now that SSD are less expensive I am thinking about doing the same thing but use SSD instead of the HDD. what is the easiest way to move the data from my HDD to the SSD. My new motherboard also has m.2 but not sure how many.

does anyone have any suggestions on cloning software I am looking for the most user friendly ( easiest to use ) all I plan to use it for is copying or cloning data ( not OS ) from my HDD to new SSD I just bought. The HDD are 2 TB and the SSD are also 2 TB

The problem is how much data and what type of data you are copying.

If it has zillions of little files, it can take forever even using cloning tools.

This is because of Windows crappy buffer handling.

I use Robocopy with multiple threads (built into windows) or Fastcopy (simple easy to use app). These can be many times faster depending on size/type of data.

I have 3 2 TB HDD with saved data No OS, I bought 3 2 TB SSD to copy the data over to.

I also saw some docking stations that do the cloning outside of the computer which would be handy, just not sure how well they work.

    I looked at this one

    Sorry! Something went wrong!

The files I have on the 3 HDD that I want to copy over to the new SDD are just saved files no system files no OS. would just copying them from the HDD to the SDD be the easiest way to do what I want to do? I don't need cloning if they are just saved files do I ??Also my slippers have fuzzy insides
