Windows 10 won't boot unless the installation disk is inserted

I have a two-drive Dell Workstation. One drive holds the OS and the other drive is for data. My system won't boot unless the installation disk is inserted in the CD tray. I have performed clean installs multiple times to no avail. I have updated my BIOS. When I try to boot without the installation disk loaded, my system gives me an error of "No Boot Device Found. Press any key to reboot the machine_." When I press any key, I get the same result. If I insert the Installation CD into the CD tray and close the tray, Windows boots normally. I have checked my BIOS sequence which is correct. Please help!!!!!

Can you take a picture of that error with your phone and upload it here?

    mbr code might be corrupted.

you can rewrite it using bootsect.exe or bootice .
    at admin cmd prompt type:
    bootsect /nt60 all /mbr

This is a real possibility - but I wouldn't know how to re-write it. Can you help with that? I have the feeling that, while booting, it's pointing to my data drive for the partition table and it isn't there (just a hunch).

That command will rewrite it correctly - even though I have a second internal drive?

For some unknown reason, I cannot upload that file (jpg of my error screen while booting). However, I can describe it: The screen is black and the writing on the top left of the screen says: "No Boot Device Found. Press any key to reboot the machine_" Ig I press any key, I get the same screen. What I have to do to boot into Windows is to insert the installation disk into the CD tray and close the tray. Then, Windows boots normally. I have done anything yet - waiting for your instructions. Thank you.

Went ahead and executed the code. But when I opened the administrative code, I was shown: C:\Windows\system32> This was using Windows Power Shell. If this was wrong, please tell me how to open a command prompt. Thank you.

In addition to the video above, do you remember going into your BIOS settings and changing your boot options from "Legacy to UEFI" or the other way around?

Because that also could be a reason to why this happens.

Did it again after opening command prompt. This is the result I got: Could not map drive partitions to the associated volume device objects:
    Access is denied.
