    Lenovo Thinkcenter M91 issue .


    Hi i have my desktop Lenovo thinkcentre M91 and that boots and stays like this;see video ;Blinking Cursor When Booting Windows - Quickfix - YouTube

    but i get another hard drive from my other same module and i swap it and it boots and works perfectly. and the HDD that does that issue that is in the video works perfectly on the other Same module computer.

    I think it depends on whether BIOS is UEFI or has CSM enabled, which in turn also dictates how drive is formatted, ex. GPT or MBR.

    I'm not entirely sure of course but I recall having similar issue that had to do something around how BIOS is set up.
    Check also in your BIOS if there is Windows 10 compatibility enabled, if there is such option, it could also be that, but I forgot.

    Thanks ,it might be that, i just swapped computers and now both HDD ops are working fine . I always take the easier road.I could have reinstall OPS fresh but this way i solved the issue.I always have a couple of spare HDD.

    My Win 10 installs are done in UEFI , I can install on that PC Win 10 from scratch any time so, the issue is solved by swapping PC for that HDD ,Must be anHDD compatibility of that software on that specific HDD.
