If you have this problem with an app that is pinned to either taskbar or start menu then simply unpin it and pin it back.

Does starting the app from MS store works?

    Hi Zebal

The Enpass program download had ceased a few years ago, you could install the program as an exe back then.
Now its an APP downloaded from the MS Store!

IF you try and download it from going to MS directly via a browser and trying to download the Enpass app from the App Store - it fails.

You can only download it via the MS App Store within Windows via the Microsoft Store app.

all is well now - thanks again.

    Valdaz:)
