Disable CTRL-Scroll resizing file explorer view

Hello, is there any way via Powershell, a registry key, etc. to disable that shortcut that changes the view of file explorer when holding CTRL and scrolling? I've found .exe's that do this but would rather not have to use one.

AFAIK changing system shortcuts is not possible.

You should be able to use e.g. Autohotkey (free script) to intercept CTRL + scroll.. but that means installing something.

That also allows you to differentiate right and left ctrl keys if that's of interest.

Of course if you wished to disable that ONLY in the context of f explorer, and not e.g. when using a browser, that's an additional factor.

Noted: your specs say you're stuck on build 1511.
