PC works after blue screens but (sfc /scannow) shows corrupted files !

hi........a faulty RAM or RAM slot caused my pc to have blue screens............but it works fine now with 1 RAM..........however, i ran (sfc /scannow) today and it showed corrupt files.......

'' Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files, unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details included in CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details included in log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag. ''

would running (dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth) solve this problem ?..........what if it can't complete the repair ?.......would it cause more damage ?

    many thanks........

If SFC shows corrupted files that can't be fixed... then open a command prompt as admin and run this command.
    Then try SFC again...

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
