help with removing boot options on bios boot menu

Am running win10 version 22h2, pictured is the boot screen for msconfig and the boot menu for bios. WD_Black is my windows drive, SD300 is a usb drive that boots linux. I would like to reduce the entries on the bios menu from 4 down to 2 but am not sure which two entries to keep and/or how to remove/hide the other two. Not a big deal, it would just be simpler with only two. I have no plans to add boot options to either drive, and have read through several threads that address more complex situations than mine and am not understanding how to do this. Any advice appreciated, thanks.

I believe you'll want to leave the boot menu as is.
For example, the two SD300's allow you to boot your Linux in UEFI mode and non-UEFI mode.

The two WD SN850X entries allow you to boot using the boot manager, or directly from the SSD.

There are times when you might "need" the entries that you don't normally use.

My boot menu is the same (DVD instead of USB in this case). Sometimes you "need" those other options.

Like if I had partitioning software on a DVD, and I had GPT and MBR drives in my computer.
If I wanted to do partitioning on the MBR disk, I'd need the non-UEFI DVD option.
But if I wanted to work on a GPT disk, I'd need the UEFI DVD option.

For the items in YELLOW, if I remember correctly... if the boot manager gets corrupt, I can still use the non-boot manager SSD option to get into Windows.

The two pics you posted above, aren't really related. One is the Boot Menu that allows you to choose which "device" you want to boot from.
The other allows you to choose which operating system you want to boot from. Like if you were dual booting, Windows an Linux, or more than one version of Windows.
    Like this maybe...

thanks for the detailed response. I just switched a bios setting from "other OS" to "Windows 8/10" so now it only shows the two UEFI boot options. If I ever need to do a non-UEFI boot I'll just change it back.
