    file explorer shortcut terms

The goal is a way to route to a specific directory using file explorer in Windows 10 using a single term in the address bar. An example would be the environmental variable %programfiles%, to jump directly to 'C:\Program Files'. Another is the shell string 'shell:startup' that brings up '%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup'.

Is there a way to define more of these hyperlink terms?

    Hello,

The tutorial below can help show you list of all these environmental variables if that's what you needed.

You might also find the shell commands below useful for this as well.

Thanks for the reference, although I am familiar with the standard variables and commands.

The goal is to define new keywords such as these that have a similar 'hyperlink' functionality.
This would be either by adding to the list of operating system values or by other means.
Are there any methods of accomplishing this either from the registry or macros, etc?
